Hi, I was wondering if someone can confirm whether it is acceptable to push the MA to an existing Linux box which is already running the FS data agents in order to do Intellisnap, or, as the BoL suggests, it needs to be done via cvpkgadd?

CS and clients all v11 SP12.

If it is OK to push it from the GUI, then I may need to open a ticket on it as there is some cryptic errors around missing "cumulitive updates" and such.

Push install from GUI is the absolutely the right way to do this. Please make sure your software cache is updated with the hotfix pack installed on the Commserver. If it continues to fail, please open a ticket.

Thanks. I did wind up openeing a case on it, still being worked, but I was able to push the MA pkg to a different client no problem.
