    Hi there,

I have a tape library with two LTO6 drives. Then, I have some NDMP Clients with Subclients that share a schedule. The subclients have more than one directory under content.

When I run a backup Commvault always allocates two streams to the same subclient / client. The storage device becomes my bottleneck.

What I would like to do is to only use one stream per client, in a way that makes Commvault always allocate tape drives to different clients.

Is there any way to achieve this?

The 2 default stream requests come from the number of data readers set in the sub client under the andvanced options.
