Just tried to download HPK 17 and it gets to about 72% then fails with the error :

When it attempts to restart the count for the "Total files to download" increments by about 1200 and it proceeds for a few minutes, stalls with the above error messages. Lather, rinse, repeat.
So I tried the manual method of downloading the software from the customer portal and then using the Copy Software operation. This also failed during the Copy Software task.
Next I cleared the local cache then attempted to download and install HPK16 from the CommServ. It ran into the same error message and behaviour as above for HPK17. Just for fun I retried the Copy Software operation with the HPK17 files that I previously downloaded manually from the Customer Portal.
Success! Sort of... Now my CommServe says that is has HPK17 in the cache and it even says that the CommServ needs updating from HPK15 to HPK17. Great, but... all my other clients - both Windows and Linux - say that their version is "Ahead of Cache". No doubt this was true when I cleared out all the data in the CommServ cache, but this should not be the case now that the cache has HPK17 in it...
