    Hi everyone,

    I try to restore the whole mailboxes with deleted Emails. Since this is not very simple in the GUI, I want to use CvRecallMailbox.

    My command is:

    CvRecallMailbox.exe <used Outlook Profil for Backup User> -f C:\Temp\input.txt <Exchange Server with the Mailbox> <Domain Controller> <Backup Server with the Email Archiver Classic> 8401

    1. The Port?

    I tested several ports. I asked the support... but I don't know, what the right port is. I can't even say, which service is determined. The Support Site tells me to use the Port for the Service ClMgrs (which is listening on 62862 - I tried with this port too).

    Other say, use the port from the service EvMgrC - but I don't have such a service running - only EvMgrS (listening on 8401).

    2. The Error:

    If I use Port 8401, I get the following error:

    10444 28c8  07/03 09:20:58 ### Total number of stubs selected for recall: 26, total size: 5637474
    10444 2440 07/03 09:20:58 ### Cvcl::init() - CVCL: Running in FIPS Mode

    If I use the 8402, I get the following error:

    Does anyone know, what the problem could be?

    Kind regards

    Marco
