    I have a Commcell which is currently at CV11 SP15 HPK16.

I need to get it up to HPK27.

However it has SP16 downloaded as available - listed under Updates.

Is there a way to update just to HPK27 through the GUI or will I need to run the EXE (which I have downloaded)?

    Thanks in advance.

    Kris

You should be able to download and install up to HPK23 through the GUI as that is what's available currently.

If you need to go to 27, download the service pack and use the copy software option.

That will put it in the cache and it can be installed on the CommServe and other target machines.
