    Hi poomojo

Please refer to the following Documentation (https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=45276.htm), it provides qoperation parameters, that allows you to control when a Backup is executed (from the CommServe).

First you will need to  create an "XML file" which is generated from the Save As Script option, when you execute the Backup from the CommServe, then you can modify the parameters within the script to control what needs to backup.

Incorporate the script as part of  Windows Scheduling or a Batch Script, to automate when the Backup will run.

Otherwise another option is to consider creating a Workflow https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=49513.htm

     Regards

    Winston
