Exchange mailbox agent - stubs

    So using the exchange mailbox agent and using archive, clean up / stubbing. So, messages are being archived and cleaned just fine, however im trying to setup the stub link that is described in the link https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=29134.htm 

    The link says "On the client where the agent is located". #1 - What exactly does that mean? The Exchange Mailbox Agent is composed of many different pieces (Nodes, Indexes, WebServer, WebConsol, SUDOCLIENT etc...) I have applied this key in the group level which levarages to all the exchange servers I have and still do not see the icon on the message. 

    The other part of that is, while looking at the logs CVMailBackup.log I do see that messages were stubbed

    #2 - I currently deployed the outlook Add-in only, does that icon requires something else or a different addin package from here https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=29115.htm

    Shared folder where the stub icon is located must be accessible by all the access nodes AND the recall services link from WebServer link must be also included in the Access Nodes.

    Using just the Add-in First option in the link below.
