Are you running Splunk and Commvault in your environment?
Are you protecting Splunk data or considered doing so?
We just added a dedicated Splunk agent:
Service Pack 17 now offers support for backing up Splunk clusters, exclusively from within Command Center. We’re engaging our IntelliSnap technology to secure data (index sets and metadata) in the warm and cold buckets within the cluster. Hot buckets will get flushed to warm to ensure the backup has the latest data. You’ll be able to restore Splunk indexes in place or to another instance – on prem or within the cloud.
