The solution that you have purchased is known as Remote Office Appliance (RO1100). This a single Unit Appliance (using Fujitsu Primergy Hardware - 15TB of Disk Library Capacity)
This is a Windows based CommServe/MediaAgent configuration (can also be MediaAgent only, connected to an existing CommServe).
Upon first bootup, the installation uses a pre-packaged Image (Sapphire) to do the installation of the components and will automate the installation of Commvault Software, Disk Library, Index Cache and Deduplication.
Commvault Sapphire should be left alone, as it contains all the Commvault binary
In situation of corrupted OS or Commvault binary, the Sapphire installation files will allow you to re-configure and deploy the Server
