I've launched the Command Center (web portal) for my new installation of CV 11 and the Core "Setup" requires 2 features to be finished before moving into the console:

    1. Complete the initial application setup in just 2 simple steps:

How do I get past these initial obstacles - ie I don't want to setup Deduplication in the Storage Pool as yet and I can't get past that point if I don't put in a partition path?

    Hi Smartodd

    Please try the following

On the CommServe add the following "Additional Settings":

    Name: skipInitialSetup

    Category: CommServDB.GxGlobalParam

    Type: BOOLEAN

    Value: true

Purpose - initial setup will be skipped by default

Once you add this setting – restart Tomcat services so that Command Center can boot back up again and it can read the new config.

Give the above a try and see if it overcomes your issue.

    Thank you
