Hi, In previous versions of Commvault I have been able to see the Size of Stored Data on my tapes.

This information is no longer shown with all tapes registering 0 Bytes. Is there any way I can 'turn' the function back on so as to view the information rather than using the properties box for each tape.

    Meg

    Hi Meg

If a tape is reporting 0 bytes, this will most likely mean all the associated Jobs on the Tape has actually met retention.

However if there are still Jobs marked as "Available" (and not greyed out) then this might be an issue and would recommend to engage Support.

    Regards

    Winston

    Hi Meg,

Do those storage policy copies happen to be a SILO Tape copy (https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=12401.htm)?
