    So when end users go to the webconsole they have two options My Data and Reports. We will be publishing this functionality more broadly but they will only need the Mail under My Data piece.

    Anyone now how to remove the Reports Options as well as the SharePoint option from the end user view?

    It is not clear from your post what permissions your My Data users have.

    Do the Users have Browse, In or Out of Place recover permissions for SharePoint, see the My Data Permissions http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=8407.htm#o8488

    Do the User's have the permission Reports Management? http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=8407.htm#o116928

    Anthony thanks for your response. The only app that they should have access to is Mail, so they can browse and look at their own emails as well as download.

    I managed to to remove the reports options. Last link you sent -> Reports

    Task - > View and run reports on CommCell Console.

    Permission-> Report Management

    Associated Entities -> Any entity that you want to view in reports such as clients, storage policies, libraries, and any other available entity in the CommCell Console.

    Still trying to figure out the SharePoint option. Want to completely remove that from the list.

    Figure out the SharePoint by edditing the Domain Users permission. Removed everything and only left the Exch Group option.

    Thanks Anthony.
