In the Commvault report dashboard, I see a section labeled "Top 5 errors in the last 24 hours".  It shows a notification that I have 3 jobs that failed due to "Invalid Storage Policy ID" - however I cannot find any way for the dashboard to tell me exactly *which* jobs failed with this error.  My daily Job Summary report doesn't show any jobs that failed with this error. If I run a job history report in the Commserve console (even for the last 48 hours) and filter for failed jobs, I don't have any jobs that failed with this error.  This is very frustrating because I'd like to know which jobs failed so I can go and fix them.  How can I find these jobs that failed?

    Hi andi_c

Can you please share a screenshot of this error section?

    Regards

I've attached a phote (with server names redacted) ... the red circled ones illustrate what I'm trying to explain.  The error code and error messages are displayed -- but the "Source" server name is my commserve, not the name of the system that the failure occured for.  The dashboard shows that the failure occured for 2 systems -- but even if I click on the "2" (since it's a hyperlink), it only shows the error message and number of jobs affected -- but not *which" jobs were affected.

    Hi andi_c,

Are you using private metrics reporting server? As of now, the links are not showing detailed list of affected jobs. Can you please submit a modification request? We will make this change as an enhacement to this dashboard.

    Thanks

    Dinesh
