I want to use Commvaults eDiscovery feature to investigate e-mails to find out if a certain employee acted against company policy (just testing). I have Case Manager installed. What are exactly the steps I need to do now / how must an administrator or Compliance Officer use this software? Has anyone real life experience / tips & tricks?

Thanks! Only it's a pity it doesn't work yet for us, as we use the Exchange Mailbox Agent: . Although I am sure Commvault will enable this soon.

    Best regards,

You can use Case Manager with Exchange Mailbox Agent. I suggest that you create a TR with support to find out more.
