    Hi!

The OS Version of virtual machines are obsolete within the Java console Client Computers view.

The OS Verions within the client properties and in the control center are correct.

How can the OS Version of virtual machines be updated/refreshed within the Java console Client Computers view?

    Thanks, Kay

    Hi Kay

This doesn't sound like the correct behavior. All the Client Details (Hostname, Clientname, Version and OS) are stored in the CSDB, so this should also be reflected in the Java GUI if this is correct in Command Center.

Can you please show an example of this behavior - image?

    Regards

    Winston

    Hi Winston,

v11.17.10 Java console client computers shows

        Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)

for a VM without iDA...  the properties of this clients shows

Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or later (64-bit)

like the report and html5 console.

Have checked the the Java console on different machines, same behaviour.

    Regards, Kay

    Hi Kay

I would recommend to engage Support to confirm why the Client details is reported differently.
