    Hi Fawad55,

    As per the below lines:

    16564 2610 03/29/20 18:46:02 ### [SetStubIcon]:Failed to copy stub icon from: \\C01ISB-COMVMDA1\Users\cvadmin\Desktop\stub.ico
    16564 2610 03/29/20 18:46:02 ### [LogFile::LogException]:*******Exception**********
    16564 2610 03/29/20 18:46:02 ### [LogFile::LogException]:Message: The network path was not found.

    16564 2610 03/29/20 18:46:02 ### [LogFile::LogException]:Stack trace: at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
    at System.IO.File.InternalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite, Boolean checkHost)
    at CVArchiverAddin.Utils.SetStubIcon(String iconLocation, FormRegionManifest manifest)

    Can that path be reached from the client in the external network?

    Since you are setting the stub icon location for this, you will need to be able to reach that location from the machine where recall is being actioned.
    BOL: http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=29134.htm

    As per the additional setting in the article above, you can set this path to a web address or a UNC path.
