    Hi All,

     

    maybe you have an idear or an hint for this "problem". We are using onedrive and backup the data with commvault. We have created for each letter one subclient and user regular expressions dto add users to the subclients. Ths works good no problem.

     

    But we have some letter for example x y z where the regular expressions does not match because we dont have any users with this letter. The backup Jobs end with state completed w/ one or more errors:

     

    Error Code: [28:300]
    Description: No user found to backup. Please check subclient contents
    Source: kuc01h1p238, Process: CvCloudBkpOneDrive     

     

    So the thing is when you make the check of the Backups you cant different the job to jobs wich has problems like this:

            Error Code: [28:300]
    Description: Failed to backup some users
    Source: kuc01h1p238, Process: CvCloudBkpOneDrive     

    This job failes also with completed with errors.

     

    Do you have an idear how can i fix this ?

    Hi Smithse,

    So it seems there might be a couple of issues here. One is that you have some empty subclients which return the Job Pending Result: "No user found to backup" and others which return that some users failed to backup. Or are you seeing both returns on the same job?

    In the CV logs you can differentiate between jobs by looking at the Job ID logged against the line you are checking. 

    From left to right the values are PID, Thread ID, Date, Time, Job ID, log information.

    If you open the log in GxTail (from the CV base directory) and then press F5, you can filter the log by Job ID.

    In some agents there is an option to allow empty subclients to succeed, but this option doesn't exist for CloudApps it would seem.
