Can multiple commvault environments be managed actively from a centralized console?

Not exactly. This appears to be more of a centralized management console which updates every few hours.

i am looking for something like centralized monitoring console where we can monitor everything in real time like viewing running jobs etc

What is your use case for that? I`m wondering why you would want to manage different environments from a single CS Instance which seems kind dangerous.

Management is interested in having a single window where multiple environments can be monitored without having to login to each environment seperately. They hope to save some staff time without neglecting any of the environments

Understand. I`m just a basic cv admin here and I dont think this is possible. Now a few things I can think of. If you are displaying this on a big tv or monitor, you can just have the java extension or the remote session for those CommServes and separate them on your screen. There are other options such as send statistics to a centralized WebConsole and from there you can see https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=100947.htm
