Is there a  way to get a message or an alert where the status of a Sql database state is successfull or not.

I am running a scheduled intellisnap with backup copy and SQL verify and would like to have a state ment on how the SQL verify ended.

I'm not able to find any token for it, not even a statement in eventlog.

Only way is to dig into the log files of the actual job and not even there it's 100% clear on the outcome.

Since there is a command sent to the SQL server for DB check, there has to be some sort of result to get from that no?

    Hi Henrik,

When you say SQL Verify what exactly are you seeing CV doing here?

Is it doing a snap integrity check or is something running in SQL server at the time of the backup?

I've not heard of this feature before on backup, there is a verify option on restore which will run a SQL verify only restore? Is this what you are doing in your environment?

Sorry I thought one thing wrote another.

It is the Snap integrity I meant.
