we have migrated our Exchange public folders from 2010 to 2016.Now i try to backup the public folders but i get this error:
Error Code: [28:34]
Description: Error: Could not open the Exchange private message store with profile >[Outlook], reason >[MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND (0x8004010f)]. Please verify that this product's created profile can log on to its associated mailbox using the Exchange Client Software. If this software is not currently installed, log on to the Exchange Server using this product's Exchange Account.

We use the Classic public folder agent.
Backing up our mailboxes with the Exchange mailbox agent (classic) works fine.
I enter the same connection details in the public folder agent.
What can causes rhis error and how can i solve it?
