    I'm trying to get some info when an alert is triggered for a virtual agent backup.

    Below are the tokens i've chosen but there is no information in them when the alert is triggered.

    It's a normal virtual backup.

    What do I need to enable to get any information in this tokens? Anyone using them?

    <VIRTUAL MACHINE NAME>
    <VM FAILURE REASON>
    <VIRTUAL MACHINE HOST NAME>
    <VM STATUS>

    Best Regards.

    Henke

    These tokens are to provide additional details about Virtual machines involved in Virtual Server backup. Data protection alert should be configured with option "Send individual notification for each backed up Discovered Virtual machine" selected. And Virutal machines should be part of entity selection list in alert.

    Okej thanks I’ll try that.
    I thought that it would have been enough to choose the virtual instance.

    Customer could be interested in specific VMs only. So we had requirement to have VMs also in entity selection list.
