    Hi Folks,

Have an issue where our Aux Copies are slow and not completing within windows. Turns out it seems that the jobs aren't using stream counts efficiently. The policy is set to 200. Yet the Aux Copy is only using 1 or 2 streams. I am also seeing a job not getting picked up by the Aux copy and staying at "To be Copied". When there's newer jobs that are in "Partially Copied" state.

I've stopped and resumed the jobs and it's not getting picked up. Not seeing anything helpful in the logs.

Thought it was a performance issue so we stopped all other jobs and didn't a difference.

    Much appreciated

If you are running FR11.20 I have seen the partially copied error for Aux Copies in at least two locations and it was fixed under #2603 in this Maintenance Release https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=11_20_22.htm (separate fix for the November update of FR11.21).

I can't speak specifically about the stream issue, but I do know that Aux Copies are not as fast if you don't have "Distribute data evenly among multiple streams for offline read operations" enabled on the Storage Policy.
