Recently in our infrastructure we are having a failure in the backup of ASM disks that are done by proxy backup through intellsnap.

The problem is that when you snap the disk group of the ddat disks, it snaps all the ddat except one, and in substitution of the missing one, it adds one of dfra, so the disk group is not the same
to the database and therefore does not mount the disk group and does not perform the backup. This has happened to us without taking any action prior to this problem that may be relevant to this, either at the Commvault or DB level.

We have tried to restart the MA proxy backup, change the proxy backup, restart the MA services, create a new backup profile (we used this again a long time ago for the same problem and it did work, but not this time).

We have also checked the SnapVolumeMounts folder in case there were any hooked snaps there, which has also happened to us sometimes, but everything is OK, any ideas?
