    Hello everyone,

when our customers are over capacity (FET in this case) and grace period starts, we could help by reducing the FET by means of deleting or deactivating subclients. That would result in immediate disappearence of the grace period, which is what we want here. In the 2 most recent events with CommCells on 11.20.17 we found that our workaround does reduce the consumed FET to 92%, but the grace period is still on. So the license shows "system is over capacity", but no indicator is above 100%.

Did anyone see that, too? Any ideas how to remedy that?
