    Hi,

    anyone knows how long a move of a 500GB ddb to a new media agent will take, by using the procedure:  https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=11078.htm

    Would primarily depend on your hardware and network. If source and destination disk are fast SSD's then it won't take long at all. If disks are slower, then process will be slower. If it needs to go across to a different MA, then there may be some network considerations too.

     

    I would allocate a couple of hours just to be on the safe side.
