Phoenix services get down due to configured CXBF device on Source machine

    Dear All,


    It has been observed in exercise that when CXBF drivers was configured and replication pair was started and data was fully synch from source to destination machine, The moment  services of Phoenix was brought up all the incoming connection getting down but when we De configured CXBF device everything going to normal state..

    please Kindly advice me.

    Noor,

     

    What version of CommVault are you using?  If this is version 8.0, please apply Service Pack 5 and try a reboot after that.

    Dear JW,

     

    I am using Simpana version 8 and i apply Service pack 5 and reboot as well but the same issue accours, i esclate this issue with commvault supprt and waiting for their answer.

    I did a few searches but they came up empty.  What is the ticket number you have opened?

    Noor,

    It looks like there is an issue with your support contract which is why the ticket was closed.

    There was an issue with support contract but it is resolved now and ticket is being proceed.
