I realize there is a way to tell by looking at the Build version but I don't know what Build is considered SP4. Is there a KB on this?

Checking to see if SP 4 is installed is as simple as a right click! right clicking on the client computer in question and going to the properties option then choose the Version tab at the top of that window. This window will provide a weath of information regarding the versioning of your Computer Clients and iDA versions

from the CommCell Gui right click on the CommServe icon and select Properties then select the Version tab. This will show what level the commserve is at.

You can also run a CommCell Configuration Report to see all of the client servers and their patch levels in a single report that can be set up to e-mail on a regular basis.
