    Call the hotline and ask to open a new issue referencing the old TR number.

    Clodoaldo,

    I spoke with Paolo who was the engineer who worked this issue and he can work this issue with you.  He closed the ticket out due to a lack of response.  Should he contact you?  It looks like Jefferson was the contact on this.  Please let us know what number he can reach you at.

    Some could help me, because with a esto doubt:

    I have 6 unit installed in my commserver, more is always in use 4 and 2 stopped!

    Where can I change the settings to use all the units at the same time! For I have little time to execute it!
