You can filter files and folders from a UNC path. Make sure that the UNC path starts with \\Computer Name\Share\ . For example, \\mycomputer.testlab.com\C\*.doc ...

To change library name
qoperation execscript -sn setLibraryProperty -si LibName -si changename -si newName
no need to code XML its already there just import it and run it and the report is by client. you can also specify the storage policy to be even more specific.
